About this project
Alacrity Africa delivered the full design and build of the summit’s physical environment, including floor planning, staging, registration desk branding and services, exhibition booths, plenary, breakout rooms, networking areas, and VIP ministerial spaces. All elements were produced using recyclable materials and biodegradable inks, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability. In addition, Alacrity Africa successfully managed a series of high-level side events for the World Bank and the Gates Foundation including curated breakfasts, luncheons, and cocktail functions ensuring a seamless and elevated experience across all touchpoints. Conference gifts were sourced through women-led social impact initiatives using recycled materials, while the opening ceremony showcased local South African talent, directly contributing to community upliftment.
